Booking and Payment:

Reservation Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a specified deposit.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Full payment is required at check-in.
Price Guarantee: Rates are guaranteed only at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for extra services.

Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-In: Begins at 12 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Check-Out: By 11 AM. Late check-out requests must be made in advance and are subject to availability, with potential extra fees.
Identification: Guests must present a valid photo ID at check-in. For international guests, a passport is required.

Guest Conduct:

Room Usage: The room is for the registered guest(s) only. No unregistered visitors are allowed after 10 PM.
Damage and Liability: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property. The hotel reserves the right to charge for any repairs or replacements needed.
Noise and Disturbances: Guests are expected to maintain a reasonable noise level, especially during nighttime hours. The hotel reserves the right to remove any guest who disturbs others.

Hotel Liability:

Valuables: The hotel is not responsible for loss or theft of valuables left in the room. A safe is provided for your convenience.
Force Majeure: The hotel is not liable for events beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseeable events that may disrupt your stay.
